EnjoySAP - Enhanced Filter and Sort Functions in the Component Overview

Scope of Functions

The filter and sort functions in the component overview have been considerably simplified and enhanced:

• Filter

• You can define your own filter profile during order maintenance. You can choose from your own profiles and those defined in Customizing. You are not given the option of choosing profiles defined online by other users.

• You can select any profiles during order maintenance.

• You can enter the filter profile in the user parameter F1F.

• You can save field values in the profiles that you define in the order (for example, for selecting phantom components).

• If you do not enter values in the profile, the system will ask you to enter them online.

• Sort

• You can define your own sort profile during order maintenance. You can choose from your own profiles and those defined in Customizing. You are not given the option of selecting profiles defined online by other users.

• You can select any profiles during order maintenance.

• If you want to use the same sort profile as the one used for the bill of material, set the user parameter S5F to "X".

• You can specify which profile is to be used in the user parameter S3F. The entry in user parameter S5F overrides the entry in S3F.
