Entering the Measurement Reading 

Use

You now enter a measurement reading for electrical pump 006 and create a measurement document. Regular entry of the measurement readings is important for activity-dependent maintenance.

Procedure

  1. Use the following procedure to call the transaction:

    From the Technical Objects node, choose Equipment ® Measuring Documents ® Create

    Transaction Code

    IK11

  2. Delete the entry in the Measuring point field, then choose the F4 input help.

    3. If the Equipment field is not displayed in the dialog box, choose .

    Then choose For Equipment.

    In the dialog box, in the Equipment field, the system defaults the Electrical pump 006.

  3. Choose .
  4. Choose the measuring point with the name Operating hours.
  5. To enter a measuring document, choose .

    6. In the TotalCtrReading field, you can see the total counter reading of this measuring point.

  6. In the Counter reading field, enter a value that is greater than the total counter reading.
