Releasing the Order 

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    Menu Path

    From the Order node, choose Change

    Transaction Code

    IW32

    The system defaults the last order you processed.

  2. Choose Costs.

    3. The SAP system displays the planned costs for external services.

  4. Choose .

    5. When you have saved, the system releases the order.
