Entering the Time Confirmation 

Use

When you confirm the order, the system documents the current processing status of the operations and sub-operations. You now enter the final confirmation for all operations. This means that all necessary work for this order has been completed.

Procedure

  1. Use the following procedure to call the transaction:

  3. Choose .

    4. You see a list containing all the operations.

  4. Select the F column (Final confirmation) for all of the operations.
  5. To enter the planned data in the confirmation as actual data, choose All actual data.

    6. The system copies the actual working time, work center, plant, and the activity type from the order.

  6. Increase the value of operation 20 from 30 to 90 minutes.
  7. Choose .
  8. Choose to return to the overview tree.
