Planning the Required Production Resources and Tools 

Use

To carry out the repair, you require production resources and tools. You now check whether the production resources and tools are available for the required date and whether they can be used.

Procedure

  1. On the Change Maintenance Order ###: Operation Overview screen, deselect operation 0070 and select operation 0020 instead.
  1. To display the list of production resources, tools and documents assigned to this operation, choose .
  2. Select item 0010 (SM-1000).
  3. Choose General to display the general data for the production resources and tools.

    4. You can see that it deals with a voltmeter.

  4. To check the availability of the production resources and tools, choose Availability.

    5. In the information dialog box, you can see that the material is available when required.

  5. To confirm the message, choose .
  6. Choose to return to the screen Change Maintenance Order: Operation Overview.
  7. Choose the HeaderData tab page.
  8. Do not leave this screen.
