Scheduling the Order 

Use

The system has defaulted an order start date and an order finish date. You now want to schedule the order precisely. You begin by setting the start date one week from today. You also need to allow for the execution. The scheduling also determines when each operation can start.

Procedure

  1. On the Create Maintenance Order: Operation Overview screen, choose the Header Data tab.
  2. In the Dates screen area, choose .
  3. Note the scheduled order start and finish dates.

  4. Enter the following data:

    OrderStart

    Today’s date + 7 days

  6. To schedule the order according to your new dates, choose .
  7. You can now check the results of the rescheduling. The scheduled start date has changed, and a date has been entered in the finish date field.

  8. To check the scheduling for individual operations, choose the Operations tab.
  9. Operation 0070 is still selected on the screen.

  10. Choose Dates.
  11. You can see the scheduled dates for the operation on screen.

  12. Choose .
  13. Note the order number.
  14. Choose until the overview tree appears.
