Printing Shop Papers for Additions to an Order 

Use

You print out the shop papers for the newly created operation and the material issue slip.

Procedure

  1. On the screen Change order (incl. notification): Central header, choose Order ® Print ® Operation selection.
  2. In the dialog box, select operation 0020 – Replace intake sealing ring and choose .
  3. In the status line you are informed that your chosen operation has been designated for printing.

  4. In the dialog box, choose and select the entry Material issue slip version 1 and time ticket version 1.
  5. Choose Print preview.
  6. The material issue slip is displayed. Note the reservation number.

  7. Choose .
  8. The system displays the time ticket.

  9. Choose .
  10. Choose Print/Fax.
  11. The order is saved.

  12. To return to the overview tree, choose .
