Changing the Order to Carry Out Repairs 

Use

The person responsible in plant maintenance expands the repair order to include an operation. The employee estimates the amount of time and materials required to perform the repairs.

Procedure

  1. Choose the Operations tab page.
  2. Enter the following data for operation 0020:

  3. Select operation 0020 and choose Internal.
  4. Enter the following data:

  5. Choose the Dates tab page.

  7. To schedule the order, choose Order ® Functions ® Dates ® Schedule.
  8. Do not leave this screen.

Result

You estimated time required and scheduled the order. The system determines start and end dates for the operation.
