Creating a Maintenance Order for the Investigation 

Use

The person responsible in plant maintenance creates a maintenance order for investigating the damage. The order type used is designed so that a notification is created simultaneously for later findings.

Result

You schedule an order (consisting of an operation) for more thorough investigation of the damage. You estimate the duration at one hour. A notification is created simultaneously into which you can enter the cause of the malfunction.
