Overall Completion Confirmation for the Order 

Use

You use the overall completion confirmation to confirm not only the time required, but also other data. This may include; materials used, damage information, work carried out, services performed, measurement values, and counter readings.

Procedure

  1. Use the following procedure to call the transaction:

    Menu Path

    From the Maintenance Processing node, choose Completion Confirmation ® Entry ® Overall Completion Confirmation

    Transaction Code

    IW42

    The system defaults the last order you processed.

  2. Choose Extras ® Settings.
  3. Enter the following data:

Result

Final confirmation takes place for the order – the processing phase is now complete. This operation has lasted three hours rather than the two hours originally planned. You have taken the support base from storage.
