Analyzing the Total Costs and Technically Completing the Order 

  1. Use the following procedure to call the transaction:

    Menu Path

    From the Plant Maintenance node, choose Order ® Change

    Transaction Code

    IW32

    The system defaults the last order you processed.

  2. Choose Costs.

    3. You can see an overview of current planned and actual costs.

  3. Choose to technically complete the order.
  4. In the dialog box, enter the following data:

    MalfEnd

    Today’s date and current time

    Choose .

    The system status of the order is changed and the order is saved.

  5. Choose until the overview tree appears.
