A malfunction report is created and a maintenance order is opened immediately in order that the maintenance can be carried out straight away. When the approximate time required has been estimated, the order is released and papers are printed. The requisite pump mounting is taken from the warehouse, then the order is confirmed and technically completed. Costs are analyzed and costs that have been posted to the order are settled.
