Maintenance Plan – Scheduling Display 

Use

The maintenance plan is performance-based. The starting situation for scheduling of production resources and tools (PRT equipment) is displayed. This equipment does not belong to the plant maintenance task list, it belongs instead to the PP task list.

Prerequisites

A maintenance plan with a corresponding maintenance strategy has been created and a measurement counter has been selected. A scheduled call becomes due when the cycle value is exceeded.

Procedure

    5. The dialog box shows you the annual performance and the current counter reading for the PRT equipment mentioned previously.

  5. Choose .

    6. Here you can see the performance-based maintenance cycle. In this instance maintenance package 1 (Cycle 2000) is relevant.

  6. Choose the Schedule Call Item tab page.

    7. Make sure you are at the top of the list. Several calls are available. The first one is marked New start, complete. The other calls have the status Scheduled, complete.

  7. Choose until the overview tree appears.
