Displaying Scheduled Maintenance Calls (Optional) 

  1. Use the following procedure to call the transaction:

    The last maintenance plan number you used is defaulted.

  3. Choose .
  4. Choose the Maintenance Plan Schedule Calls tab page.
  5. Check that you are on the first item in the call list. The service entry sheet was approved so the call now has the status New start, complete. The completion confirmation date is today’s date.

  6. Select the line containing the confirmed maintenance order and choose .
  7. Choose .
  8. The field Postponement contains the value 0.

  9. Choose until the overview tree appears.
