Graphically Displaying the Supply Network 

Use

As the dismantled pump was a part of the industrial water network, it was linked to several other pumps. In this process step, you display a graphic of this pump network.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    From the Equipment node, choose Object Link ® Object Network ® Change

    4. You see a list of the individual links contained within this network.

  4. To call up a graphical display of this object network, choose Extras ® Network -> Graphic ® Network.

    5. On the Change Object Network: Network Graphic screen, you see the graphical representation. Enlarge the view. The defective pump is still displayed as part of the network.

  5. To select all of the equipment in this network, choose .

    6. Note the description of the object links.

  6. Choose Extras ® Link description ® Link object.

    7. As the network links (spool pipes) are represented as pieces of equipment, the system now displays their descriptions.
