Changing the Attributes of the Installed Equipment 

Use

In this process step you check equipment attributes, such as location, installation location and system status. You make sure that the location data has been transferred from the functional location and that the system status of the equipment has been changed to Installed. You make the changes to the status with status number (user-defined status).

Procedure

  1. On the Functional Location Structure: Structure List screen, select the following piece of equipment:

  2. Choose List ® List editing ® Change.
  3. Choose the Structure tab page.

    4. In the FunctLocation field, you see the name of the functional location to which the piece of equipment has been assigned. In this case, the pump has been installed in pump set 1.

  4. Choose the Location tab page.

In the Location and Room fields, you can see that the location data has been transferred from the functional location.
  1. To display the status of the piece of equipment and to make changes to it, in the status line, choose .

You can see that the system status is now Installed. The status with status number is still set to Equipment avail. at warehouse. You will now change this.
