Define Final Settlement for Project 

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    Accounting ® Investment Management ® Investment Projects ® Master Data ® Project Builder

  2. Position the cursor on position 01 (XXXX-01) within your project.
  3. Choose Edit ® WBS Element ® Investment Programs ® Create completed asset.
  4. Enter the following data:

  5. Choose .
  6. A message appears stating that an internal fixed asset was created along with a distribution rule.
  7. Have a look at the distribution rule.
  8. Choose Edit ® Costs ® Settlement Rule.

    9. You see that the settlement rule for the periodic settlement can no longer be changed, since it was used once by the system. In addition, the system automatically generated a settlement rule for the settlement to the asset under construction. You also see that a settlement rule was generated for an internal asset. A completed asset is created when the data is saved.
