  4. Click on PRO XXXX with the right mouse button to select it, and choose Expand subtree.
  5. To see that the actual costs have increased., double click on WBS element XXXX-1.

    6. You see that costs increased in value category 400. They reflect the invoice amount.

  6. Select value category 400.
  7. Choose Goto ® Line Items.
  8. In the dialog box, select the Project actual cost line item report and choose Copy.

    9. If the Change Cost Planning: Initial screen appears, enter the following data:

    Your project date (beginning and end of year)

    Choose .

    You can see a new line item. It shows the price difference to the invoice just posted. Double click on the line item to reach the detail display of the invoice.

  9. Choose until the overview tree appears.

If dialog boxes appear, choose Yes.
