  4. To see detailed information such as the cost element, period, and so on, click on PRO XXXX with the right mouse button to select it, and choose Expand subtree.
  5. Double click on WBS element XXXX-1.

    6. You see that actual costs in value category 400 resulted from the goods receipt of 15 steel girders. The remaining commitment is only for the two units that were not delivered yet.

  6. Choose until the overview tree appears.

    7. In the Exit Report dialog box, choose Yes.

    The two missing units will not be delivered. Therefore you set the indicator showing this in the purchase order. As a result the remaining commitment disappears.
