  4. To copy 100% of plan values into the program budget, choose Settings ® Planned total view.
  5. Choose Edit ® Select ® Select all.
  6. Select the Planned total column that you want to copy.
  7. Choose Edit ® Copy view.
  8. In the Copy view dialog box, enter the following data:

  9. Choose .
  10. In the Timeframe field, choose Overall.
  11. Make your changes in the Original budget column.
  12. To distribute the overall values to the individual years, double click on the first position.
  13. To move between program positions, choose or .

    14. You can also distribute budget by years. To do so, choose the current year in the Timeframe field. After distributing the budget for the current year, you can go to other years by choosing either or . Distribute the budget for following years.

  14. After you have made the distribution, choose .
  15. Choose until the overview tree appears.
