Time balance revisions can now be controlled either using a personnel
calculation rule (schema TM00, function P2012, parameter 1) or using
tables.
A new table has been set up for table control: As of 3.0A all time balance
revisions are stored in the Time Balance Revision view (V_T555P,
table T555P). The time types used previously for time balance revisions are
automatically transported to this table when the system is upgraded.
If you previously accessed function P2012 without setting a parameter in the Time Management schema, you must now set the control for time balance revisions as follows:
For more detailed information please refer to the implementation guide. Please also note the following:
The following sections of the implementation guide deal with setting up the tables for time balance revisions:
You can assign a time type to a time balance revision in view V_T555P,
Time Balance Revisions . This particular function enables you to assign a
fixed value to a time type using infotype 2012, Balance
Revisions.
If you enter a time balance revision in the infotype which is assigned to a
time type, the time type is set to the specified value in time evaluation.
In this way the transfer amount is determined so that the time type takes on
the fixed value after posting.
If no time type is assigned to the time balance revision in view V_T555P, the value in the number field of infotype 2012, Balance Revisions, is offset in time evaluation (e.g. posting 5 hours' flextime balance to compensation time).
In both cases the transfer must have been defined in tables (T555J, T555K and T555L).
If you previously used function P2012 in your Time Management schema without a parameter, you must enter all the time balance revisions you have used for the corresponding personnel subarea groupings for time recording in view V_T555J, Balance Revision: Transfer to Time Types . Enter the same time type name in the Time type field and use a '+' sign. The transfer amount is 100.00%. Enter 999.99 in the Min. field and the same in the Max. field.
