For release 3.0, the commitment resulting from purchase requisitions is displayed in the Project Information System.
As quotations/RFQs are processed, a purchase requisition causes a purchase order to be created. As a result, a purchase order commitment is created on the commitment side. The purchase order commitment reduces the purchase requisition commitment if it is referenced to the purchase requisition.
As a result, the cost aspect of the procurement processes in purchasing is represented completely in Controlling - from the purchase requisition, via the purchase order, up to goods or invoice receipt.
