Fixing the Collateral Value 

Use

This function allows you to fix one of the collateral value proposals as the final collateral value.

Procedure

  1. Use one of the following procedures:

    2. Procedure 1:

    1. Choose Master Data ® Objects ® Collateral Value Calculation ® Change.
    2. Enter the collateral number. The Change Collateral Value: Details screen appears.
    3. Choose Collateral value ® Fix.

Procedure 2:
    1. Choose Master data ® Objects ® Change.
    2. Enter the object number or choose Find to search for the object by entering related selection criteria. The basic data screen appears.
    3. To branch to collateral value management, choose Environment ® Collateral values.
    4. On the Overview of Collateral Values for Object screen, select a collateral value data record.
    5. Choose Fix.
  1. Enter the amount for the final collateral value and the rating base.
  2. Save your entries. The system sets the valuation status to 3.
