For release 3.0, you cannot enter more detailed funds reservations for internal orders, cost centers and projects. They are identified as commitments in the Project Information System.
Manual funds reservation is particularly useful whenever you expect costs but are not sure what they will be caused by (for example purchase order, material reservation, goods/services on own account).

For orders and projects, the manual commitment participates in the budget availability control. The reduction of the commitment is carried out manually.
