I_SOGEN Permits

Definition

This authorization object allows you to control which users in which maintenance plant are authorized to assign or issue a particular permit.
The authorization is checked in Plant Maintenance in the case of:

• equipment

• functional locations/reference functional locations

• maintenance orders

Defined Fields

The authorization object comprises two fields:

• maintenance plant

• permit

Example

A user is to have the authorization in maintenance plant 0001 to issue all permits. The authorization will therefore look like this:

• Maintenance plant: 0001 (only maintenance plant 0001)

• Permit: * (all permits)
