Strategy sequence

Definition

Specifies strategy prioritization.

Use

During automatic generation of a settlement rule, a settlement rule is

created as specified by the strategies in the strategy sequence. You can prioritize the strategies in this sequence, and can also have more than one strategy with the same priority. Evaluation of more than one strategy with the same priority results in a settlement rule with more than one distribution rule.

While generating the settlement rule, the system breaks down all the top priority strategies (usually priority no. 1). If this is not possible, because the receiver does not exist, then it breaks down the strategies on the next priority below (usually priority no. 2), and so on.

Strategy sequences do not depend on senders

Only the receiver is specified for strategies. You need to enter the Percentage settlement and Settlement type in the strategy sequence manually. You can also enter equivalence numbers and source assignments in the expert mode.

For strategies that copy a whole settlement rule, all of the settlement rule is already specified by that strategy.
