The Graphic Overview of Attendances and Absences report (RPTLEA40) creates a planning board which displays employees' attendances and absences in the form of a graphic. Both locked and unlocked data records are included. Attendances and absences are differentiated by color, as are locked and unlocked records.
When you have called up the graphic, you can click on one of the colored bars to display the corresponding infotype record. You can access time infotypes by clicking on a name.
The Graphic Overview of Attendances and Absences report (RPTLEA40) can be accessed from the reporting menu in Time Management.
This report is only intended for use in dialog.
The planning board created can also be sent as a mail.
