Budget Release
Description
In Release 3.0, it is now possible in the Project System to release the budget continuously. The release is based on the current budget, that is, the original budget with all the changes due to supplements, returns and transfers.
The budget release procedure corresponds to the allocation of an original budget. You can carry out the releases on total level or year level. All other functions of the budget allocation are also available for the release.
Change system parameters in customizing
In the budget profile for projects, you can determine whether availability control is checked against:
- annual budget
- total budget
- released annual budget
- released total budget
