Background Job UI 
Use
Release 4.6C of the SAP System has implemented the first in a series of enhancements to background job scheduling.
The new personalized background job selection allows users to save their own frequently-used selection criteria to be used later, thus eliminating the need to repeat identical or similar job definitions.
Other enhancements include simplified cleanup of expired or invalid entries, multiple selection from a single list, and the ability to use basic default values for a standard job. This means that you no longer need to create a new definition from scratch.
