Output of
Financial Statements with ALV 
Use
You can now choose how you want to display the output lists of the reports for creating the financial statements (RFBILA00).
- WithALV Grid Control
The output
corresponds to the layout in the previous list. The multi- line item texts
from the financial statement version are used as texts.
- With ALV Tree Control
The output list is
displayed according to the financial statement version. The individual header
texts from the financial statement version are used as texts.
As an alternative to
the financial statements, you can use the ALV Tree Control to generate a
structured balance list. The following constraints apply however:
- No profit or loss is calculated or displayed.
- Accounts that are not assigned to a financial statement item are not displayed.
- The item Non-assignable accounts no longer applies.
Constraints
The following constraints apply for output lists with ALV Grid Control and ALV Tree Control:
- If you want to create financial statements for several company codes, these cannot be output separately by company code ( company code summarization is always 2 here).
- You can only enter 2 or 3 as the business area summarization .
- Only some of the information from the previous list is displayed in the header of the output list.
Effects on Customizing
The graduated totals defined in the financial statement version cannot be taken into account for the output list with ALV Tree Control. To display the graduated totals, you have to adjust your financial statement version. See note 180762.
