Workload Analysis 
Use
With Release 4.6C of the SAP System, the workload analysis (Transactions ST03 and ST03N ) has been extended to include frontend times. This feature is important for monitoring the response times of controls and graphics.
From Transaction ST03 and Transaction ST03N you can now monitor:
- GUI time
The GUI time is the
time a work process waits because something is being processed at the
frontend, for example when controls are being set up.
The application can
trigger a "rollout". In this case, the GUI time is the same as the roll wait
time.
- GUI count
This is the number
of roundtrips, that is, a communication step from the work process to the
frontend and back.
- GUI net time
This is the network
time on the frontend. It is the sum of the time used for transferring data
between the work process and the frontend.
