Order Settlement 

Use

The actual costs are distributed to the co-products according to the equivalence numbers.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    From the Production Control node, choose Period-End Closing ® Settlement ® Individual Processing

    Transaction Code

  2. Enter the following data:

    Number of the production order you created

    Settlement period

    Current period

    Test run

    Deselect

  3. Choose .
  4. Choose .

    5. On the Actual Settlement: Order Detail List, you can see the order costs and how they were distributed to the co-products.

  5. Select the order number and choose Settlement rule.

    6. This screen displays the equivalence number and how you distributed them when you changed your production order.

  6. Choose until the overview tree appears.
