If an employee started or finished working for your company during the month for which you are generating the Employer Monthly Schedule (EMS), you are required to show the start or finish date on the EMS form.
In this step, you maintain the feature which reads the Employer Monthly Schedule (EMS) hiring and leaving action types. The hiring and leaving (termination) action types are, in turn, used to read the Actions infotype (0000) when determining the employee's start and finish dates. From these, the system decides whether or not the dates need to be recorded on the Employer Monthly Schedule.

In this case, the system will read one hiring action type (01) and two leaving action types (10 and 25).
