Assign Delivery Output Types and Printer to Print Profiles

Activities

In this activity, you assign output types and their destination printers to the print profiles. Note that here only profiles assigned with the application V2 are allowed.

Description of required entry parameters:

Print profile

Print profile created in the activity Define print profiles.

Application

Name of application assigned to a print profile. Only application V2 is allowed here.

Output type

Output type to be processed by the print profile on the destination printer.

Printer

Destination printer that issues the respective output type.

Requirements

Before you can assign output types and destination printers to the print profiles, you have to create the print profiles in the activity "Define print profiles".

Example

There are several packing stations. Next to each of them, there is a printer for delivery notes and a printer for material tags. You define an individual print profile for every packing station. For each print profile, the destination printers of the respective packing stations are specified for the output types "delivery note" and "material tag".
