Description
You can execute cost planning in several versions. In contrast to earlier releases, you can now not only store these plan versions separately but also
- change them
You can change the values from
structure-oriented cost planning, cost element planning, and the unit
costing.
- compare them with each other in the Project Information System
- copy them
You can copy the values from structure-oriented
cost planning, cost element planning, and the unit costing.
You can select
- the plan values to be copied: annual values or overall values
- whether any existing plan data in the target version should be retained or overwritten
Change system parameters in customizing
In the Implementation Guide of the Project System, you define plan versions and determine
- the fiscal years for which a plan version is valid
- whether a plan version can be changed
- whether a plan version can be copied
