EnjoySAP - Reprocessing Confirmations

Scope of Functions

The function for reprocessing confirmations containing errors has been completely redesigned. The operation of this function has been fundamentally extended and improved. In addition, confirmations that have not been entered using the PDC interface are now also reprocessed using this function.

For the operation of the function, the following applies:

• Selection of confirmations has been revised. They can be selected according to different organizational and selection criteria.

• The reprocessing screen is divided into two parts. The confirmations containing errors are displayed in one part and in the other part, the confirmation that is currently selected is displayed on a detail screen.

Confirmations containing errors can arise if they are entered in one of the following ways:

• Upload from PDC system

• Online entry (fast entry or order information system)

• Entry via BAPI interface

Effects on Customizing

The layout of time ticket confirmations during reprocessing is determined by the Customizing settings for Single Screen Entry of Confirmations .
