Maintain Stages
For All Routes
In this activity, you can process stages for
several routes together. This makes it possible to maintain the detailed
information of stages efficiently.
Activities
To maintain stages for several routes, proceed
as follows:
1. On the
selection screen, enter the required data or other selection criteria, and
select Execute.
The system displays
all the stages that correspond to your selection criteria. The stages are
sorted by starting and destination points.
2. When you
drill down a stage, the system displays all routes in which this stage is
used. The red traffic light points out that the stage has not yet been
processed within this transaction, that is, the activity you have just
started.
3. Select all
the stages of the routes for which you want to maintain the same data and
select change. If you position the cursor on a stage of a route under a stage
(at traffic light level) and select Group, the system will select all the
other route stages of the same stage.
The system displays
a dialog box in which you can maintain the data for all the selected stages.
As soon as you have selected a field and pressed Enter, the system
automatically sets an indicator in the left column. This indicator is only set
by the system if the data has been entered in the fields. If you want to
delete an entry from all the selected stages, leave the respective field blank
and set the indicator manually.
4. After you
have made your entries, select Execute.
You return to the
list of stages. The traffic light in the processed stages is now
yellow.
5. Save your
entries.
As soon as you save
the data, the lights in the processed stages are green. If you leave the
transaction and call them up again, the lights are reset to red.
