Settlement
To enter a settlement rule and perform a settlement run in your application, you must first perform the following tasks:
- Create settlement cost elements for:
- settlement to internal accounting (secondary cost elements)
- settlement to external accounting (primary cost elements)
- Create

- Maintain
Source Structure
- Maintain a profitability analysis transfer structure
You only need a profitability analysis transfer structure if you are allocating costs to Profitability Analysis.

Note
The following reports are used in settlement:
- Report "6000" from actual settlement for:
- an internal order
- a maintenance order
- a production order
- a network header
- Report "6001" from planned settlement for:
- an internal order
- a maintenance order
- a production orders
- a network header
- Report "6P0T" for actual settlement for projects
- Report "6P0U" from plan settlement for projects
- Report "7KK1" in cost objects
To be able to use these reports in a client other than client 0, you must first import them to the appropriate client.
