Scheduling Order Operations Using a Hit List 

Use

you now plan the individual order operations using a hit list. Scheduling order operations using the hit list allows you to assign a maintenance order to the employee with the most appropriate qualification profile.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    From the Order node, choose Change

    Transaction Code

    IW32

    The system defaults the last order you processed.

  3. Choose Goto ® Planning board
  4. In the Profile dialog box, enter the following data:

  5. Choose .

    6. In the Orders not yet dispatched screen section, you see the three operations for the order you released previously.

  6. Select the three operations belonging to your order (to do this, hold down CTRL and select using the left mouse button).
  1. Choose Functions ® Disp.per rank. list.
  2. For each of the three operations, select the person with the highest suitability percentage and choose Transfer.

    4. The Change Preventive Maintenance: Central Header screen appears.

  4. Choose the Operations tab page.
  5. Select operation 0010 Dismantle motor and choose Internal.
  6. Choose the Reqmnts assgnmn tab page.

    7. Your entries (from scheduling using the hit-list) were copied. Note the employee’s last name.
