Up until now, the administrators in infotype Organizational Assignment
(0001) were validated against table T526 together with the plant. As a result
of this, an entry had to be made for every plant, even when an administrator
was responsible for several plants.
In the feature Administration Groups (PINCH), you can make up groups for
different fields from the infotype Organizational Assignment.
Caution: For Recruitment, the return code for the feature is always a constant; you cannot have a combinaiton of different terms from the Organizational Assignment.
For Personnel Administration, the return code for the feature is the same
'****' in the standard system.
This value is replaced by the employee's personnel area (previously the
plant).
You only have to adapt this, if, for example, you want to combine different personnel areas.
You can maintain the settings in the implementation guide in section 'Define administrator groups'.
The administrator group is stored in infotype Organizaitonal Assignment. If a change is made to the feature, you must restructure the data. Start report RPUP0001.
