Make sure you know which data you are transferring to the third-party service provider at any given time. Depending on whether changes were made to an employee record and when those changes were made or took effect, you can send new information only or both sets of information.

If an employee is promoted in the middle of a pay period, both sets of data transfer to the third-party payroll service provider for them to interpret.

If you change a base wage type in the table, only the most current information writes to the IDoc. (The information that is effective on the date in which you run the payroll and create the IDoc.)
