Customizing: Class Maintenance

Description

For Release 3.0, the chapter Classes in the Implementation Guide for Classes has been completely revised. The menu has been replaced by a tree structure in which all steps are made in conjunction with an classifiable object type (for example, material). This tree structure has the advantage that you see the interdependencies of the individual steps at a glance.
For all the settings, you must first specify the object type for which you want to make (or display) these settings. For example, if you want to create a class type, you must first specify the object type for which you want to define the class type.

The contents of some of the chapters correspond to the contents of chapters from Release 2.2. If you have already entered notes for these chapters, you can find out from the table below which chapters from Release 3.0 match chapters from Release 2.2:
