Changes in the
system menu: New jump to object services 
Use
The generic object services are functions that can be used for various objects in the SAP System , for example appending a note. Until now they were called by selecting System->Workflow, System->Private Notes and System->Links.
If you use the New Visual Design (blue screens), you can now call the services centrally and directly in the screen by using the push button. This push button only therefore appears if the services are available for the current object.
If the button is pushed, the services are displayed in a separate window known as the toolbox.
In the classic design (gray screens) you can call the toolbox by selecting System->Object Services.
New services
The following new services have been introduced:
- Follow events for objects (subscription)
- Search for archived workflows
- Object history: This service is not available from the toolbox but rather from the system menu.
The list of all object services with explanations can be called with the information button from the toolbox.
