You can use the Calculate all PP users and status of entries function in Proposal Pool Administration to find out the number of entries created by each specific translator and the status of these entries in the proposal pool.

4. Enter a comment for this background job.

5. Choose Check to check the consistency of your entries.

You can schedule the run if the message No inconsistencies were found appears.

6. Choose Schedule.

The system displays the dialog box Start Time that offers you further selection options.

7. Choose either Immediate or schedule the job to run at night by choosing Date/Time.

You can also schedule the run to start after a particular job or event, by choosing After job or After event.

At operation mode refers to daytime or nighttime operation.

8. Save your entries.

The system displays a dialog box in which you can enter the name of the printer for the output of the log.

9. Enter a printer name in the Output device field and choose Continue.

The system displays a dialog box in which you can enter a background server on which you want the job to run.

10. Select a background server and choose Choose.

The system runs a job to calculate the number of entries created by all translators working in the proposal pool for the source and target language you selected.

You can check the status of this job by choosing Run administration.

When the job has finished the system will output a log to the output device you selected. This log tells you the number of entries in the proposal pool created by each translator working in the proposal pool, along with the status of the proposals, for the source and target language that you selected.
