Requesting Adjustment Postings via Intranet 

Use

Beginning with Release 4.6C, you can request adjustment postings from the line item reports in Controlling (CO), from the document display in Controlling (CO), and in Financial Accounting (FI).
You can access the reports as well as the document display from an Intranet as well as directly in the SAP System.

The request form for the adjustment posting is however always made in an Intranet browser. The data of the incorrect posting is transferred to the system along with the information about the person who created the document.

The form includes a section for a more detailed explanation of the problem.

When you send the request, the system determines which processor or processing group is to receive the request, based on entries made in Customizing.
The request is sent to the processor's worklist or workflow inbox in the SAP R/3 System. From here, the clerk can view the form and start the transactions needed to make an adjustment posting.

Note

The standard system includes a scenario for requesting adjustment postings, and you can use it as a template for creating your own scenarios.

Effects on Customizing

In Customizing, you define the workflow process in a scenario for the request of adjustment postings in a scenario.
To do so, in Customizing choose Cross-Application Components -> Internet/Intranet Services -> Internal Service Request -> Definition of Scenarios with Specific Customizing -> Request for an Adjustment Posting .
