Carrying Out the Financial Accounting Comparative Analysis
The customer carries out this step.
You carry out the comparative analysis to ensure that all the required data can be converted without any errors. The consistency of the following data must be checked:
- The debit and credit transaction figures of the vendor and G/L accounts with the debit and credit totals of the documents posted
- The debit and credit transaction figures of the vendor and G/L accounts with the debit and credit totals of the application indexes

From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting à Financial accounting
à Accounts payable
à Periodic processing
à Comparison (Report SAPF190).
The Financial Accounting Comparative Analysis screen appears.Enter your selections for Company code, Fiscal year, and Fiscal periods, and also select the fields Documents/transaction figures and Indexes/transaction figures.
To start the analysis, choose .
Make sure that there are no inconsistencies in the data.
