Define Layouts for Cost Element and Activity Type Planning
Here you define the layout of the screen in which you plan costs for the cost object ID. You specify the following:
- Which characteristics (cost center, activity type, cost element) planning values can be entered for
- Which key figures (such as planned costs in the currency of the controlling area, planned consumption) can be entered
Requirements
In the cost object category, the time base of the cost object ID must be defined as periodic.
Standard Settings
The standard system contains planning layouts
for planning costs on cost object IDs. There is a separate function in the
Implementation Guide under "Controlling General" for 
importing standard planning layouts.
Activities
Define further planning layouts according to your requirements as needed.
