Correcting Activities 

  1. When you have completed the entries for backflushing a finished product and you want to correct the components, choose Post with correction.

    2. The system displays the overview of all components for the material.

  2. Choose Actual activities.

The system displays the dialog box Select operations.
  1. Select the appropriate operations and choose Enter.
  2. The system displays the Posting Actual Activities screen.
  3. Enter the actual times for production.

The system posts the target times for operations that were not selected.
  1. If necessary, switch to another operation by choosing Previous or Next operation and reenter the actual times.
  2. Choose Add row or Delete row if you want to add or delete an activity.
  3. Save your entries.

Result

The planned activities are replaced by the actual activities. After posting, the system then calculates the actual production activities on the basis of the actual times. These activities can be evaluated in Product Cost by Period.
