Closing the Maintenance Order 

Use

You do not expect any more cost postings to arise as a result of processing this order. This means that you can execute business completion for the order in this process step.

Procedure

  1. Use the following procedure to call the transaction:

    From the Maintenance Processing node, choose Order ® Change.

    Transaction Code

    IW32

    The system suggests the last contract that you processed.

  2. Choose .
  3. To close your order, choose Order ® Functions ® Complete ® Complete (business).
  4. In the dialog box, enter the following data:

    Today’s date and current time

  6. To skip information messages, choose .
  7. Choose .

Result

The order now has the status completed (business).
