Processing and Confirming a Production Order 

Use

After the production order has been processed and delivered to the warehouse, an employee of the motor-bike assembly reports the completion of the respective production order. The latest operation within the production order has a control key that automatically posts the goods receipt of the produced order to the warehouse as well. The production order thus receives the status DLV (delivered to warehouse) and notifies the workflow system about the possible dispatch of the respective sales order.

The production procedure is displayed in a short version on purpose.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

  2. On the Create Production order Confirmation: Initial Screen, enter the following data:

    4. The system displays the production order.

  4. On the Confirmation of Production Order Create: screen, enter the following data:

  5. Select the selection field Final conf.
  6. Choose .
  7. To check whether the production order has been completed by now and has been send to the warehouse, choose und call up the transaction as follows:

  8. On the Production Order Display: Initial Screen, enter the following data:

  9. Choose .

    10. On the Production order Display: Header screen, please note the finish date of the production order on the tab page Header for the ensuing comparison with the dates of the sales order.

  10. To control the order status, choose .

    11. On the Display Status screen, you will find the status DLV in the column System status which shows that the order has been completely produced and delivered to the warehouse.

    The respective sales order can therefore be dispatched.

  11. Choose until the overview tree appears.
  12. Log off from the system.
